Order not arriving in time!

We placed our order for our tickets and were scheduled to receive them today. 3/26/24. Something has happened to our order and it I now late and stuck in a different part of the country. We leave for Tokyo on 3/28...what do we do? We purchased 4 tickets. Please help.
