I used the Hyperdia website to check the time and fare for my trip from Kyoto to Hiroshima. The fare column showed $6480 Yen and the Seat Fee column showed reserved seat $4610 Yen.
1/ Does this mean I have to pay total $110090 Yen ( $6480 + $4610) for my ticket with reserved seat?
2/ My trip is in April, when should I buy the JR pass?
3/ How do I know which buses that accept the JR pass?

Hello there,
1.) Yes, you should always look at the total price in Hyperia. The JR Pass covers both these fees.
2.) The JR Pass has to be activated within 3 months after purchase. You could do so in Feb or March.
3.) Local JR buses accept the JR Pass, these buses will have JR sign on them.
