Is it cheaper if I buy a 7 day pass if I will just be in Japan for 5 days. I will base in Nagoya . Visit Osaka on March 27 and back to Nagoya and then on 28 visit Kyoto and back then go to Haneda on 29 and leave Haneda airport early on 30'.

Hi there,

For this route it would make sense to purchase a 7 day JR Pass, have a look at the following ticket prices:

Nagoya - Osaka ¥ 6,350
Osaka - Nagoya ¥ 6,350
Nagoya - Kyoto ¥ 5,590
Kyoto - Tokyo ¥ 13,600
Tokyo - Haneda ¥ 650

For a total of ¥ 32,540 or ¥ 3, 430 in savings, as the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 29,110.
