Hello!
This is my 2nd time in Japan and wanted to have a longer trip. My wife and I will have 24 days on the ground and plan to go all over, from Tokyo to Southern Kyushu. Since we are just 3 days over the max 3-week option for JR Pass, was wondering what others would recommend? Those last 3-days will most likely end in Tokyo so I'll just need a pass to get to Haneda Airport for the flight out.

Hi Chris,
It's hard for me to say exactly without knowing your plans. If I was in your case, I'd likely look into getting a 21-day JR Pass and use that to travel all over Japan. You'd have the flexibility for 3 weeks to go wherever you want, then use local tickets for the last 3 days in Tokyo.
