I am traveling to Tokyo from 16-09-2016 to 04-10-2016 and wish to buy Japan rail pass for
Myself and my wife for 7 day validity. Please advise which day I should mention while buying pass and what will be the validity. Will it be from date of rail pass issued or from the date of actual activation. Further same pass will be valid for all trains including Bullet trains or restricted to few Railways and whether the same could be used for other mode of transportation like buses ferries and trams etc...
Further , how do I buy Japan Rail Passes fro India ?
