Hi,

I have ordered a JR pass on Sunday 2am AEST and I have accidently put in the wrong email for updates about my order. Where can I change this? I have contacted the support team and did not receive a response yesterday.

You have done the right thing already (that is to contact our support team), due to high volume and a bank holiday this week it may take a little longer to get a response from our team, but we will get back to you.

Thank you for your reply. We are travelling on the 9th of Japan, can you please put it as urgent order to Australia.
