My wife has a missing middle surname in her JR pass from the passport. Will she have difficulty retieving the 3 weeks JR pass please?

Hi there,
We only need your first and last name to use the JR Pass.
You don't have to give us your middle name or details. It is the JR Staff that makes the final decision when they activate the pass, but I have never heard of anything similar like this being a problem.
Still, if you did order with us - write our support an e-mail with your order# and we can give you a letter explaining the situation for the JR staff activating the order.
