jr pass query

Hi there,

1.) The voucher is send by Fedex Express. Depending on where you live it can be 1 to several days. See here for shipping information if you urgent questions regarding shipping it is recommended to contact us directly here

2.) Yes the pass would cover the full trip from Osaka to Kyoto to Nara.

3.) The bus between Kanazawa and Shirakawago is operated by Honi bus. This is an other company than JR, unfortunately this is not covered.

4.) More people will be traveling during the new year period but you should be fine with a normal pass if you make your seat reservations in advance by a day or so. If you prefer to travel less crowded and with extra space, consider buying a Green Class.

unless there is some sort of an online-voucher for the JR pass, I dont think we will be able to get it. We are from the Philippines and its holiday here Dec 30 and 31.
Is there any possibility that the voucher can just be picked up in the airport and exchange it there for the real pass too?

Unfortunately the Voucher can only be delivered by real mail.
We can ship the Voucher to your Hotel, depending on how long you will be staying this may be an option.

I don't have an insight into delivery details from here. I would recommend using the direct contact form. If you tell us there it is important, sometimes extra urgency can be given.
