Please, I need an information about the best kind of pass should we have to buy.
We’ll arrive in Japan (Osaka) on february 23th and we’ll just leave OSAKA on february 25th, going to FUKUOKA. From there, we’ll go to NAGASAKI and KYOIKUDAI-MAE . On february 28th, we’d like to go to HAKUBA, and finally, to TOKYO (maybe on march 3rd) We’ll leave Japan throught NARITA (on march 6th).

For your itinerary, I recommend a 7-day JR Pass. To maximise its value, I suggest activating it on the 25th of February, which would cover your travel through the 3rd of March. You can use individual tickets for the rest of your journey.
