I am travelling to Kyoto from Tokyo on the 26th August then from Kyoto to Osaka on the 28th August then from Osaka to Narita on the 30th August is it worth getting a 7 day rail pass? Many thanks

Hi there!
In general if you do a return from Tokyo to Osaka with a Japan rail pass you basically break even with a 7 day pass. In your case you also have your legs to narita and the possibility to do other trips while you are in both Tokyo and Kansas area so I can recommend you get a 7 day pass. The amount of money you save will depend on how much you use JR outside of your listed legs, as all further travel will be free.
