Is it possible to send JR Pass via EMS instead of Fedex?

I'm afraid we can only offer delivery using FedEx currently. Please note that inside Ukraine, FedEx uses nominated partners to deliver your parcel so you can be sure your delivery will arrive.

I fear I can't get JR pass in time. I'll leave the city at 13 August and Fedex delivery shows 9 days to arrive, so it seems it's too risky to order JR pass right now. I'll spend money and in case of any problems from FedEx side, I'll be without money and without JR pass. :(

As an alternative if you're travelling soon we can also dispatch to your hotel or place of residence in Japan (select Japan as your delivery address). If you do choose this option be sure to let your hosts know that you are expecting a package as it will need to be signed for. Rest assured, FedEx delivery to Japan is extremely efficient so I don't think you'll have any problems.
