I just purchased the JR pass but I did not see any details about delivery options and when I paid it automatically showed me that it’s being sent to my USA address but I leave for Japan in four days and was under the impression that there was nothing physical coming in the mail that I needed in advance. Please advise how to proceed. Thank you for your help. Arigato!

We do ask for a delivery address during check-out, so a bit surprised that was not clear. I do always look for real customer feedback, so if you feel we can do something better here, let me know.
As for your ticket, we're happy to help you wish this. Assuming your pass was not yet dispatched, then we can offer you a 100% refund of the ticket value + any shipping, or alternative, can deliver to you in Japan.
