I just ordered the rail pass and we are leaving Tuesday at noon from New Jersey. The tickets haven't been shipped yet and I was wondering if I could cancel them before they are sent out and try to obtain it from an office. If the tickets are shipped Monday could they arrive Tuesday morning?

Unfortunately can't see the status of your order here at the forum. I would ask you to contact us directly at [email protected] and we can check possibilities. I can see why you would want to pick up the JR Pass directly, gives the short amount of time involved.
Shipping within the US is almost directly overnight, however this could be in the morning, noon or after noon.
