2. Tokyo > Nikko: ¥5430, (121mins, 150km)
3. Nikko > Odawara: ¥8990, (160mins, 233km)
4. Odawara > Otsuki: ¥5410, (109mins, 132km)
5. Otsuki > Kyoto: ¥14650, (249mins, 561km)
6. Kyoto > Tokyo: ¥13220, (161mins, 513km)
7. Tokyo > Narita airport terminal 1: ¥2940, (58mins, 79km)

TOTAL: ¥53580 for 7 legs

As you can see you'll make minimum savings of ¥8480 with a 14 day rail pass. In addition to this, all further JR travel will be free, including all the JR lines in Tokyo (here's map of JR lines in Tokyo for reference) and day trips to Nara, Osaka, Himeji and Hiroshima from Kyoto.

Odawara and Otsuki are new for me. Are those places worthy to visit?
I want to visit Hakone and Monte Fuji, but I don't see them in the itinerary that you made for me. Are they included in the Pass?

Finally, how do I get the JR Pass? I'm from Argentina.

Yes - the places that I mentioned are JR station names (valid with a JR Pass) that are closest to your destinations. You noticed that I used Otsuki and Odawara. These are the closest JR stations for Mt Fuji (kawaguchiko) and Hakone respectively:

Kawaguchiko is the main starting point for hiking up Mt Fuji, and is a lovely location to view the mountain from. Hakone is an onsen area with great views of Mt Fuji.

For Hakone, you can use the JR Pass to get as far as Odawara (sample itinerary. From here you must get the non-JR Odakyu train up to Hakone area. I recommend the Hakone free pass for this.

For Kawaguchiko, you can use the JR Pass to get as far as Otsuki. From here you will need to get the non-JR line to Kawaguchiko.

For the exact trains you need to take, it's better if you look up precise train timetables and costs at the Hyperdia travel planning website. This site is great as it gives you a full cost breakdown and gives you information on the precise times you need to be at the stations. As I keep on organizing the trip, I want to know if those same cities I've asked about could be visited the other way round. It would be: leaving from Tokio, go first to Kyoto, then to Hakone and Monte Fuji, then to Nikko and finally go back to Tokio.
Are the same trains the ones I need to take?
Is the direct train Tokio-Kyoto included in the JR Pass. If so, which one is it? How long is the trip?

Sorry for the little delay in reply.

If you alter your itinerary a little, then you may have to use different trains (best to check using the Hyperdia link I posted above). As for the Tokyo - Kyoto bullet train, yes this is covered with the JR Pass and you can use all Kodama and Hikari class bullets on this line (please note you cannot use the Nozomi class bullets on this line with the JR Pass).
