Narita>Kyoto>Nara>Sapporo>Jozankei>Tokyo>Narita

Hi everyone,

I'm planning a 10-day trip to Japan and have multiple questions. My itinerary is:

Narita>Kyoto>Nara>Sapporo>Jozankei>Tokyo>Narita

I am planning to purchase a JR pass but can't decide if I should get a 7 or 14-day pass. If I get the 14 days, will I be able to use it for most of the stations in Tokyo? I know there are several trains running in Tokyo and not all can be used by JRl. Also, is the JR pass good for all the cities I am planning to travel to?

I am trying to find a JR schedule so I can plan my trip out but have trouble locating it. Can you please post the link to the JR train schedules?
