We arrive at Narita Terminal 2 on May 18th at 4.30 pm and will be staying overnight at the Marroad International Hotel Narita. Our connecting flight the next morning (May 19th) is at 11.00 am.
After checking into our hotel we would like to visit Ginza or Roppongi. Please let us know the best way of getting to Ginza/Roppongi using JR line or the Tokyo Metro (which specific line and what can we be expected to pay).

Ginza can be reached on foot from the JR Station called Yurakucho.
Roppongi can be reached on the Hibuya and Toei Oedo lines. The last possible train connection will depart around: 22:42.

A friend told me that it might be challenging to go to Ginza/Roppongi on the evening of May 18th as I describe above.
We only want to go to Ginza/Roppongi for about 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
Would be grateful if you can provide me with the specific times and details of the trains we should catch if we were to leave Narita Terminal 2 at 6pm.
For example
Leave Narita terminal 2 at 6pm by train number... arriving at JR Station Yurakucho at ..pm
Leave JR station Yurakucho by train number ... at 22.42 pm arriving at Narita terminal 2 at ..pm.
I tried using Hyperdia and had problems
