Hi..
I was travelling from Shinagawa to Shin-Fuji on KODAMA 635 boarded at 7.35 am & left my beloved beanie head cushion on my seat. I'm now on the way to Osaka & will be staying in Osaka today. Tomorrow we will be in Kyoto & back in Tokyo on 6th. We will leave Japan on 9th early morning.. is it possible to let me know if my item can still be found & where can i get it back from?

This item has sentimental value to me. It would be great if it can be found.. Hope someone can help me..

Hi there,

I am very sorry to hear about your lost beanie head cushion. The best thing to do is contact the JR lost and found section at the end station of the Shinkansen where you lost it. This would be Nagoya station for KODAMA 635.

You could easily make a stop over at Nagoya when returning to Tokyo, as it is directly on the route.
