Hi I was wondering if I would actually save money by getting this pass. My itinerary is
Arrive tokyo 1/3 and train to Osaka
Return trip Kyoto for day 2/3
Train from osaka to Hakuba 3/3
Train hakuba to tokyo 10/3
Train tokyo to mt Fuji return trip 11/3
Can you use these passes in tokyo and osaka to get around too?

Let's have a look at your trip and see if a JR Pass would help:
Narita Airport - Osaka ¥ 16,650
Osaka - Kyoto ¥ 1,040 (return)
Osaka - Hakuba ¥ 14,930
Hakuba - Tokyo ¥ 10,060
Tokyo - Mt Fuji ¥ ??? (depending on what area around Fuji you visit)
For a total of ¥ 42,680 so far, the 14 day JR Pass is ¥ 45,100 or just ¥ 2,420. You can also use it for travel to Fuji, local travel around Tokyo and Osaka and finally for travel back to the Airport, so I do think that a JR Pass will be worth it for you.

I forgot to mention I'm actually arriving at Haneda international airport. On hyperdia it doesn't have a route from haneda to osaka,but I could go to marital or city Tokyo to make my way there. Thank you for your help :)

Going to Osaka from Haneda is actually pretty easy and covered by the JR Pass.
First go to the Tokyo Monorail and ride it to Hamamatsucho (the last station) from there take the Yamanote line to Tokyo (just 6min/2stations away) here you can board the high speed shinkansen to Osaka.
Travel from Haneda is a little cheaper than from Narita Airport but I do stand with my previous recommendation :)
