hi.
i will be arriving japan on october 16 till october 31.

first 3 days in tokyo (16-19)
next 4 days kyoto (19-23)
2 days hiroshima (23-25)
2 days kanazawa (25-27)
1 day niko (27-28)
4 days tokyo (28-31)

what kind of pass do i need?

Hi there,

I recommend using a 14 day JR Pass. You will be travelling on good amount and a lot on the Shinkansen. These rides would cost a considerable lot more without the Japan Rail Pass.

It will cover travel between all the cities that you will visit.
