I plan to take tour to the following cities and want to know if I can use the jr pass

Oct 3 - from Sapporo to Hakodate
Oct 4 - from Hakodate to Noboribetsu
Oct 5 - from Noboribetsu to Itaru
Oct 6 - from Itaru to Sapporo

or
Oct 3 - from Sapporo to Hakodate
Oct 4 - from Hakodate to Noboribetsu
Oct 5 - from Noboribetsu to Sapporo

Hello there,

Yes the JR Pass covers all of the above travel. (Although I think you mean Otaru instead of Itaru).
