Hello! I"m viziting Japan at March. Could you please tell me, can I use the JR pass within Tokyo or Yokohama? I mean transportation not between, but inside the cities.

Hi there,
Yes, you can use local JR lines both in Tokyo and Yokohama. However, you may still need additional transport, as the metro is not included.
