Narita airport to Akasuka (plan to get a Limousine to make it easier as first time to Japan) then Tokyo-Okayama - Naoshima - Kyoto -Tokyo
Is it worth it to purchase a pass and if so where do I collect it?

How many days will you take for Tokyo-Okayama - Naoshima - Kyoto -Tokyo? On this route and with the price increase, you would not make savings using a Japan Rail Pass. As such, I would buy point-to-point tickets on this trip.
