Hello, I am flying to Japan this Saturday (27th of May) and I just acquired my JRPass. I would like to understand if this 1 business day needed to process your order is in Japan time or GMT? I am based in Lisbon, Portugal so I am afraid that I won't have enough time to receive my pass until Friday (4 business days).

Hi Ana,

We dispatch your order within 1 business day. If you already placed an order, then it will be sent out today and may arrive as soon as tomorrow.

If you order now, then it would be dispatched tomorrow and arrive Wed-The. Big cities like Lisbon are often very fast.
