I am planning to buy a 7 days Jr pass and top up Nozomi train for Tokyo to Hiroshima. Can I collect the Jr pass from Narita airport and request the counter staff to book the Nozomi train for me? With the Nozomi fare top up for JR pass, will I be allowed to alight at Nagoya for an hour and then take another Nozomi train to Hiroshima? Thank you.

Hi there,
You can take your exchange order voucher to the JR Pass exchange office at Narita Airport to activate your pass.
Once activated, you can travel on the Nozomi train with an additional fare. If you would like to stop over in Nagoya, you will just need to book separate segment tickets: Tokyo to Nagoya, and Nagoya to Hiroshima.
