I can use the JRpass on the following routes:
Tokyo - Nikko
Tokyo - Nagano
Nagano - Kanazawa
Kanazawa - Kyoto
Kyoto - Hiroshima
Hiroshima - Itsukushima island
and what yhis routes can I use shinkensen?

Hi there,
JR Pass will cover all of your itinerary, including the ferry to Itsukushima island.
The Shinkansen can be used for Tokyo-Nagano, Nagano-Kanazawa, and Kyoto-Hiroshima.
