Hello. I have recently purchased a 7-day JR Pass via you and reached out to you for tracking details of the delivery of the voucher. Since my trip to Japan is this Saturday, can you please promptly follow up on the delivery? If there is a tracking number for the delivery, please also provide such. Thank you!

Tracking details will be sent to you once the pass has been dispatched, this is usually within 24 hours.
