No, you can ride JR trains to all of those cities on the pass. You just cannot take the fastest bullet trains like Nozomi or Mizuho (and a few others in Japan but none relevant here).

Hi there,
All the the places you wish to travel to are covered by the JR Pass.
Do note that you still may have to use local transport which is not covered by the JR Pass.
