Purchase and delivery

My arrival to japan will be on 1 april.
I am planning to depart to osaka and start usage on 3 apr.

I know that fedex will dispatch on 29th march.
do you think you will be able to deliver the 3 tickets by 31 march or should I receive them in Japan.
