My question is about the pocket wifi rental. I fly in at 8pm japan time but the rental kiosk closes at 9pm. How do I get the pocket wifi if purchased through JRpass?

Hi Michelle,
In most cases, that would be enough to clear immigration and collect your WiFi.
If you do miss it, there are a few options.
1.) You could do so the next morning
2.) Request delivery to your hotel
Our partner now also offers pick-up from a machine, similar to how Amazon does this, so we could request this for you as well.
