Dear I have to travel on 19 th July if pass don't come it will be of no use order 13 th it's says delivered in 3 days supposed to delivered today.

Not received tracking of FedEx till today

This is second time I m buying this

This has never happened with jrpass .

Pls help

This order# does not appear to be from on order on JRPass.com, if you did order with us, are you missing some numbers? Otherwise, I suggest you could contact your point of purchase.
