We will be in Japan for 21 days. As we will be staying at a friend's house and we will travel to Okinawa for 5 days, I think we will be not using all the value of a JR Pass. Can I buy 2 JR East Pass with overlapping validity?

Hi there,
No, a JR East Pass can only be purchased one at a time and they are not allowed to overlap.
