Hello, I made a seat reservation tomorrow using my JR pass but won’t be able to make the reservation and I’m not near a JR office ticket booth. Is it possible to cancel/change reservations online or over the phone?

Hi there,

I’m afraid I don’t think this is possible. As far as I am aware JR will only allow you to make reservations in person, either at a ticket machine or a JR ticket desk.
