For 1 & 2, I'd advise using www.hyperdia.com, here you can select the route and time you wish to travel. I have added an example route for the 15th HERE. You can adjust the departure time to your liking at the bottom of the page.

3.) Reservations are optional but recommended. Find the details in our step by step guide.

4.) The hotels seems to be closest to Namba station. There are a couple of options to travel to Namba from Kansai Airport. The fastest is to take the Nankai Express, other alternatives are express bus or the JR. If you travel with the JR takes the Airport express to Shin-Imamiya station and from there a local train to JR-Namba.

5.) Personlly I use WI2 but Docomo works well too. It is also possible to buy a data sim from BMobile.

I'll be arriving Kansai airport around 10.55pm (landing time as schedule by airasia). Will i be able to catch the nankai limited express or nankai airport line. If i'm not able to catch the train, what is the best option to go to my hotel.

Ouch! Late arrivals at Kansai Airport are always difficult because the public transport system in Japan shuts down after midnight and there will be very few options available. Still you can make it without too much problems.

There are two options.

1.) Take the last Nankai (local) service to Namba, this one departs at 23:40&via_node01=&via_node02=&via_node03=&year=2015&month=01&day=04&hour=23&minute=31&search_type=0&search_way=&transtime=undefined&sort=0&max_route=10&faretype=0&ship=off&lmlimit=null&search_target=route&facility=reserved&sum_target=7).

2.) A later option is the nightbus to Namba station, departing at 00:15. See details in the link below.
