Narita - after 8pm JR Pass activating

I'll be arriving at Narita Airport on Friday at 8pm. Is it still possible to activate my JR Pass?

I'm afraid I will get lost on the Narita Airport. Is the JR Pass office easy to find? How can I find the proper JR Pass kiosk or ticket window, that is working during evening hours? Is it on Terminal 1 or 2? The ground level or the 1st, 2nd level?

Can I get some advice?
