Hi Mari, if a Exchange Order is lost,or destroyed etc,can it be replaced.
Or can a photocopy of E/Order be used?
Also when and where can seat reservations be made.

Hi Mick,
I'm afraid lost of destroyed exchange orders cannot be replaced.
Seat reservations in English can be made in Japan on arrival once you have activated your JR Pass. It is possible to make reservations on JR-East trains here, however this only covers the JR-East region.
