Hi, I will arrive at narita airport terminal 1 at 19:50. from that time, i think it will not possible if i activate my JR Pass at JR travel office from their office hour close at 20:00

from some article I can see that I can activate at midori -no- madoguchi narita airport from 20:00 - 21:45. does it right information for now? thanks

Yes, this is correct. You can activate the JR Pass at Narita Airport up to 21:45 at the ticket window.
