If I arrive into Narita, activate my JR rail pass, get the train into Tokyo, how then do I get on a Bullet train first class to Osaka if I do not have a reservation?

Hi there,
All Green Seats are reserved seats, you can however make seat reservations up to 5min before departure, so it won't be too much of a problem.
You can get the tickets at any JR Station and the Shinkansen can be booked directly at Narita Airport.
