How do I make a train reservation online using my Jr pass? I am in the USA currently but will be traveling to Japan and I would like to make my reservations.

Hi there,

Reservations can only be made once you've exchanged the order for your JR Pass. If you've purchased the pass from our site you can then reserve JR-East seats online with your JR Pass on the Eki-Net site.
