I bought your JR Pass, can I reserve a seat ticket on the JR official website two months ago? Thank you

Hi there,

I don't think this is possible; you cannot reserve seats until you have activated the exchange order for your pass anyway. To reserve JR East tickets online once you have activated your pass, you can use the Eki-Net site to do so.
