Will be arriving on Thursday, May11 at 11:55p.m. party of 2 adults we would like to travel to Hakone and maybe visit there for a full day on May12, with the possibility of returning late afternoon or early in the evening to Haneda Airport area on 14May.Could you advise me on what train to take as I have never traveled on train before so I am very excited to try it.

Hi there,
Sure, you could travel late back from Hakone to Tokyo. The ride is only 36 minutes using a bullet train from Odawara station (Hakone) to Tokyo station. From there it is an other 40-60 minutes to Haneda Airport.
You can use www.hyperdia.com to find train times.
