From Miyajimaguchi to Shinimamiya

I will be using JR Pass to travel from Miyajima to Shinimamiya in Osaka. I checked the train schedule in Hyperdia,it involves a few changes of trains. From Shinkansen Sakura to Ltd Exp Thunderbird 16 or JR Kyoto Line or JR Rapid Service to JR Yamatoji rapid serveice or Osaka Loop Line . I just want to confirm that I can use JR Pass for all these? Or any of the above mentioned train does not accept JR Pass?
