First time visitor multiple entry visa

Hi, it's our first time to travel in Japan and we would like to avail of the JR pass. However, we are granted a multiple entry temporary visitor pass. Can we still avail of the JR pass?

Hi there,

I can tell you a lot about travelling in Japan but am not a Visa guru (yet). I would like to ask you to send copy of the visa to our support team via [email protected]. Then we will be able to tell you for sure. Feel free to black out any personal information, such as name, visa number etc.
