I bought a JR Pass on line today and need the ticket in Chicago before 5-5-2012.Can this be arranged?

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your order! Your rail pass should be with you in Chicago by Wed 2nd, or Thursday 3rd of May at the latest.
Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a FedEx tracking number in your email to allow you to track your orders progress online.
