Hi, I’m going to Japan in 3 days from now am I able to buy a JR pass online now and then do I need to collect the physical one in Japan. There was something mentioned was the postal address. Australian post is very slow and whatever is being posted won’t come in 3 days. Do I need the physical item that is posted to be able to use the JR Pass.

Hi there,

You will need the physical exchange order to be mailed to you. Because of the short notice, I'd suggest contacting our support team ASAP at [email protected] and seeing if our team is able to have the exchange order shipped to your accommodation in Japan.
