I'm trying to purchase the 14 day pass but my and my co-traveler's credit cards are being rejected... Is there something wrong with the billing system?

Hi there!

Can you send us an email at [email protected] with the name of the cardholders and we'll follow this up right away! Currently there are no other reported problems, but we can confirm with our credit card processors to get you more information.
