Hi I will arrive in Tokyo narita airport 1st of april, and leaving the 11th of april same way
intinerary is this
april 4 Tokyo to hakone
april 5 hakone to gero
april 6 gero to kanazawa
april 7 kanazawa to Kyoto
april 10 Kyoto to Tokyo
april 11 Tokyo to narita airport
any recommendations for the jr pass ? 7 or 14 days
can I use it for all my trip?
do I need any reservations because of the high season?
Hello!
I think a 7 day JR Pass would be the best option for your itinerary. By using it from April 4 - April 10 you could cover all of your long and pricey travel with in and be making very good savings at the same time. The JR Pass would cover all of your train travel!
I would indeed recommend making reservations a day or so in advance because of the Sakura viewings and you never know how many people may decide to hop on the train.
