I cannot find my country of residence on the automatic address tool therefore cannot complete my purchase
I am trying to buy 3 green passes for a late December visit but live in Indonesia which is not on the list
Please advise how i can finish buying the pass online because it was possible to buy and send to Indonesia on my previous trip 4 years ago?

Hi there,
Due to problems with the logistics providers in Indonesia, we currently are unable to ship there. A shame, as we'd like to continue offering our services there to clients, such as yourself.
While I'm not sure how long this will take, consider shipping to your accommodation in Japan instead.
