Hello!
I will be ordering the 7-day Sanyo-San'in Area Pass as well as a one way rail ticket from Kyoto to Tokyo. I tried to choose the option of picking up my passes at the airport, but could not find this option feature anywhere in my order summary. Please help and advise if it's possible to pick up my passes at the airport. I will be flying into Osaka on October 9th, 2019. I am currently traveling so I cannot have it sent to my home.

We do not offer pick-up at the airport, but will deliver the passes to you. This could be to your accommodation in Japan. For details see:
