Hi there,
Since your travel is limited to mostly local travel and using the night bus, it would not make sense to use a rail pass as well.
I think your best option would be to just get a Suica card and use that to travel in convenience.

If I buy Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass, there is night bus for going from Tokyo to Nara instead kintestsu night bus? and is it useful for traveling around kyoto and Nara by train/ bus right?
