I have recently ordered 4 JRpasses. Wanted to know how long would the passes take to reach my delivery address here in the Philippines as my flight would be at 29 December 2022? I am afraid it would reach later than that date. Thank you.

Delivery to Philippines takes about 3 business days after dispatch. So, it should arrive well in time for your trip.

Hi. What happens if I don't get the 4 JR passes I ordered before I leave for Japan on the morning of January 29, 2022? Can I still retrieve the JR passes when I' m already in Osaka, Japan by showing my order # in an exchange JR station? I ordered my JR passes 6 days ago. Please let me know what I should do. Thanks
